Coakley Leads Eagles In CCAC Tournament
Silvis, IL - The Eagles men's team competed in the CCAC conference tournament for their final scheduled event of the spring. The tournament was a three round event held at the TPC Deere Run golf course.
Riley Coakley continued a stellar spring has he was leading the event after two rounds of play. Coakley scored a 74 in round one, and a 73 in round two to take a one shot lead into the final round.
However, a challenging third round knocked Coakley from first to a fifth place finish. Still, a top five for Coakley is a remarkable finish to his spring. This year, Coakley had three victories which is the most by a men's golfer in program history.
Parker Dallman had a t-11 finish for the tournament. Dallman had a nice year this year that saw him win an event.
Noah McKay finished in t-22, and Bradin Amelio placed in a t-25 spot.
As a team, Judson finished t-4 for the three rounds.
The conference tournament concludes the spring for the Eagles. For the full year, on the men's side, the team had one first place finish, and four second place finishes with several individual winners sprinkled in.
All in all, it was a great season for the Eagles on the links.
